What we collect. Your account details (name, email), the content you choose to add (decree text, notebook notes, calendar, event log, expenses), and basic usage needed to run the app.

How we use it. Only to provide Aftervow to you. Your questions and documents are processed by an AI assistant to generate answers. By default this runs on our own server; if a cloud AI model is used, your text is sent to that provider solely to produce your response and is not used to train their models. We never sell your data or show you ads.

Storage & deletion. Your data is stored on our secure server and kept until you delete it. You can erase your account and everything in it at any time from Account → Delete account.

Sharing. Nothing is shared with your co-parent unless you generate a share code and give it to them, and even then they only get a read-only view of the calendar or expenses you shared.

Eligibility. You must be 18 or older to use Aftervow.

Subscription. Aftervow starts with a 7-day free trial, then $4.99/month unless you cancel. You can cancel any time from Account, effective at the end of the current period. Payments are handled securely by Stripe; we never store your card details.

Acceptable use. Use Aftervow only for your own family matters and lawfully. Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to access other users' data.

No warranty. The service is provided "as is," without warranties, and to the fullest extent allowed by law we are not liable for decisions made based on the app. Always verify important information.
